We offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders. We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-3 days business days to allow for processing time, and 5-7 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.


International shipping takes approximately 6-30 business days to arrive after being shipped to you. International customers assume responsibility for any tariff, duties/taxes, handling fees, etc. that may be incurred from customs. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.


If you are not pleased with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days and we will refund the full cost of the item(s) minus shipping costs or replacement.  Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
